With all the buzz about the recent findings of municipal tap water being contaminated with various antibiotics and other medications, I felt it was important to write a short post offering some resources for those who want to know more.

Sign a petition urging Congress to provide the funds needed to protect our water sources and keep our water clean and safe here.
And please keep in mind that switching to bottled water is not the answer! Bottled water is actually regulated less strictly than tap water, and it is estimated that 40% of bottled water is actually just tap water sealed in bottles. Besides, we should not be forced to purchase such a basic necessity as water!
